Spring launch is well under way and it's great to see the slips filling up once again.

The weather has been challenging to say the least. First 2 weeks of rain and now freezing temperatures. Makes for getting outside painting, waxing and fiberglass repairs difficult. None the less we press on.

Launch

Launch orders can be completed online under "Services - Wiarton Marina Order Forms" Please make sure you receive a confirmation via email for the order. Orders can also be called into the office.

In order to accept the launch order the following must be in place

Full payment of accounts
A signed 2023 and paid in full slip contract
Current insurance information along with $2 million-dollar liability coverage.

Hours

Open weekdays 9am to 5 pm Saturdays 9 am until 2 pm

Store closed Sundays

Fuel dock is now open weekends 9-5

Cradles and Power Cords

Once your boat is launched the cradle is folded and stored across the road. Please do not lock ladders on to the cradles

Please do not leave your boat plugged in to shore power on land and not attended.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is up and running. A reminder we have limited service available to us. Please only use for email and web searches. Do not stream movies.

New Signage

You will notice new numbered "Entrance" signs.

N XY and enter through #5 C D enter through #4.....all kidding aside!

The purpose is to direct emergency vehicles to the correct entrance. When calling 911 or other services you can direct them to the nearest entrance number.

They look nice too!

The Long Weekend

Hard to believe the May 24 weekend has been and gone already! Usually the kick off to the summer but that seems to have waned in the past few years. It's the time of year to get the garden planted, the patio furniture out and clean off the grill to get ready for the great outdoors.

Our May will be spent with family functions and a wedding. I have the distinct honor of giving away my daughter to a great guy next weekend. She was wise and made her date after the long weekend! Congratulations to Lisa and Mike!
