It's a wrap!

Ahoy there!

Another season in the books! The last boats are out, the staff are putting on covers and shrink wrapping and none too soon as the snow is starting to fall. That was an amazing haul out process. Over 200 boats hauled, winterized and billed with just 12 staff. Whew! We are all looking forward to a bit slower pace in the months to come. A massive thank you to all of them.

Now the admin begins for the 2023 season. By now you should have received your 2023 contract.

Snow Removal

Save the drive, soaking wet clothes and sore back. Get your name on our snow removal list.

A typical 30' boat is about $110 plus hst. and will only be done when staff determines the cover is in danger of collapse.

Our fibreglass shop is totally booked for this winter. We do have some capacity for mechanical and electrical repair.

2023 Slip Contracts

You should have received your contract by now. If not please call the office 519 534 1301

It is very important that you sign and return the contract with your $500 deposit and a post-dated cheque for March 1st by December 1st

We still have a waiting list for slips. New customers will be assigned slips mid-December so please get your contract back to us as soon as possible.

Insurance

Having valid liability insurance for $2 million dollars is a requirement of your contract. In order to have a boat at the Marina whether in storage or at a slip you must have that coverage in place without exception.

If your boat is covered under your home owners policy you need to make sure you have at least $1 million pollution coverage.

We will be following up on those who have left it blank on the contract.

The Winter Ahead!

Although we can catch our breath from haul-out there is always work around the Marina to keep the facilities up to date. This year we will be re-decking some of C and D docks with new top boards. New entrance signage and flower boxes. Along with other general maintenance projects we strive to keep things up for your enjoyment....Better Boating begins here!
